Service Description

First and foremost- we cannot sedate cats, cats generally experience higher stress levels out of their home environment, and cats often do not cooperate with grooming services like dogs do. When you book with us, you understand that we may not be able to provide all services you hoped for, your cat may still be damp (the blow dryer is often the most stressful step in grooming for cats), and we will not charge for services not rendered. With that said, our catch-phrase for cats is "I'm done when the cat is done." Which is generally 20-30 minutes with even the calmest cats. If a cat is giving warning signs of becoming dangerous, we will cease services. If you understand this, then go ahead and book- we're happy to have you! If not, you may look to Montgomery County for cat groomers that charge $80/hour. We work with you to prioritize the services most important to you in case we cannot complete the appointment. If shaving the cat due to heavy matting is the most important, we will begin with shaving and attempt a bath if the cat is cooperating. Prices will vary based on the amount of time spent on the cat.
